Custer Observatory Annual Astronomy Jamboree - October 17, 2014

Custer Institute and Observatory's

36th Annual Astronomy Jamboree

October 17 - 19, 2014

On the evening of October 17th the Custer Observatory held the first day of its Astronomy Jamboree at the Custer Observatory in Southold, NY. For many years there has been a Poetry Reading led by Bob and Steve Chapin, long time supporters and members of the Custer Observatory!

After the Poetry Reading in the Elmer Room everyone moved to Stokes Hall for the Astronomer's Drinking Song, a yearly tradition on the first night of the Jamboree!
